1. Booking & Availability

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

To respect the time, preparation, and personalized care behind each treatment, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, a late cancellation fee may apply.

To ensure a seamless checkout experience, I accept:
